Supervisors support in their legal (O)SHEFQ responsibilities; and
(O)SHEFQ Officer and Representative support.
FAQ’S (Frequently Asked Questions) are based on current uncertainties in the industry. The answers are based on legal references where applicable as well as SRS
interpretations as guideline.
This is the first version. Please note that:
Only the first three chapters of the Government Notice No. 156 of Labour Act, 1992 (Act No. 6 of 1992): Regulations relating to the health and safety of Employees at work, are covered and will be incorporated in the next versions.
The “Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)” will be addressed as from the next version according to the requests from our clients, members and/or the public.
